Happy Anniversary!

There is a traditional gift to be given at anniversaries. Year one is paper. Year 4 is fruit or flowers. This is what I gave TJ. Clever eh? Skylar helped me make it. It was devoured within minutes! Fresh fruit does not last long in this family!
In honor of our anniversary TJ is taking us on a family vacation! We’re headed down to South Carolina, the state we were married in, in May.

Out Anniversary was on April 24th. We’ve been married for 4 years. We’ve been together for a lot longer. It’s funny how we are celebrating 4 years but have a LOT more together. TJ and I have known each since around the age of 12 or so. Our parents swear we’ve known each other a lot longer, but 12 is about my earliest memory.

These are some of my favorite pictures. We were married on Cherry Grove Beach in North Myrtle Beach, SC

The little guy is Skylar. The next is my “maid of honor” my brother Shane, the JoP, TJ, and his brother Nate.

My little Ring Bearer.

TJ is so completely passionate, sentimental, and thoughtful.

He goes along with all my crazy ideas!!!
This is probably my favorite picture. I don’t know why. It just is.

I’d marry him a million times over and over again.

Love the pics, and I agree with your favorite! We had our 10th on the 22nd, but I am not a sentimental gal and didn’t really do anything! We did go out for a nice dinner!! Hubby wants a long weekend with just me, I want a long weekend with the whole family. Thanks for reminding me that I should be more attentive to the man in my life!

    Happy Anniversary, great fruit flowers!

I’ve known my husband since I was 16, we started dating when I was 17 and got married when I was 21.
    Lifelong love is so awesome.
Here’s to many years of happiness and togetherness!

    Congrats!!

Your fave photo is my fave too. :) Justin and I will celebrate…er, 7 years? this August, but 9 yrs total. I always say it like that too. 7 married but 9 total. I mean we lived together for over a year before we got married; that’s just like being married. So confusing.
