Vermont State Fair

We live one block from the fairgrounds. Some people call that lucky.

The Himalaya goes so fast that it will stretch out your arms if you hold them up high.

Sweet Mohawk

Wildly Inappropriate Fun House Art

More strange Fun House Art. Is the baby drunk?
“Bang!”
It’s good to question food you have purchased at the fair.
Tastes ok.

Any jackass can eat gumballs.
At least the chickens get a choice.

Milo calls this his “fast face”.

Milo held Skylar the entire time. And tightly. There were no seat-belts.

Some water for Pheefers.

No trip to the state fair is complete without Monster Trucks…

…and meatball.

OK, I have never ever seen monster trucks at a state fair ever.

Notice the rows of seats in the back. You can pay to go for a ride on it. Sadly it doesn't actually crush any cars with a load of people in the back. Just drives around the track and does a few donuts. Boo.

I love your fair pics! And Milo's fear face, and meatball, and I want a BIG state fair. We don't seem to have one…

You have such a beautiful family. I'm jealous. Looks like you guys had a blast at the fair.

It ain't Laura Ingalls Wilder's fair is it. : ) Looks awesome. Skylar looks so different, and very cool without his curls (Jesse tells me I'm wrong about him having had curls). He looks younger!

…good job on the paint, you captured everything I was going for on this side of the funhouse: Chief of Police. Drunk. With no pants on. In a wheelbarrow. Firing his pistol into the air. Woman with gigantic breasts looking surprised at- oh, this part here is a little over the top, could you maybe make it look like he's holding a bottle instead?

Notice that it's called "Ramsey's Red Pop".

I am laughing so hard, but really, look how good we all turned out despite this being THE big event that happened in our hometown for all these years!

    Love the new mohawk!
